My firm was established in 2004 with my primary legal focus being criminal defense, DUIs, suspended licenses, traffic tickets, traffic accidents, misdemeanors, CDL tickets, speeding tickets, and expungements. For the last 15-years, I have committed myself wholeheartedly to a thorough and diligent battle on behalf of my clients in order to attain exoneration.  I focus my traffic law and speeding ticket practice in Hinsdale and Dupage County, Illinois.

   
I was raised by a hardworking mother who worked nights as a Nursing Assistant in a nursing home. Her patients’ families would rarely visit, so she tended to their needs as a doting daughter might, which taught me compassion, above all else. My father was a doctor and immigrant who came to America to help underserved communities in need of medical care.  When he came to America, he spent his entire career working for the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union serving the needs of blue collar and immigrant employees.  My family is #UnionProud.

I consider my practice to be an extension of the values that were practiced in my home as a child and the ones I now continue with my own children. I am sensitive to the fact that one’s lowest life situation should not be perceived as an opportunity seized upon by others as a money making endeavor.  The great civil rights lawyer, Bryan Stevenson, once said, "Each of us is more than the worst thing we've ever done."    I truly believe this and strive to help everyone during the lowest moments of their life.
